Organising a Fundraising Photography portrait photography fundraiser is so easy.

You will need to book a Saturday, Sunday or both. The sittings are 15 minutes long, in that time I try to get couple of family poses then children together and time permitting individual child portraits as well. You will need to have a minimum of 20 families booked I can do up to 30 in the 8.30-4.30 day if you have more than 30 you may need to book both days.

On confirmation I will send personalised posters and flyers advertising your dates and information for families on how to book. I'll also send you some more info and an appointment sheet.

Once the sitting are done I will send a set of proofs and order forms to each family, all the images will also be loaded onto the secure client gallery section of the website making it easier view and order their photos.

There is no obligation to buy, the proof sheets are free for the families to keep. I offer a range of quality products from standard prints starting at $15.00, canvas, framed prints and calendars to photo gifts. I will send through a full pricelist in a couple of days to give you a good idea of what I offer.

You will receive 20% of the total ordered within 2 weeks of receiving the proofs then after that you will receive 10% of orders for the remainder of the year. As an organiser you will receive $50 voucher towards your own purchases.
